For years, I’ve had one simple goal that never got done: Get TSA precheck. Every time I’d go through airport security (the LONG line), I’d be kicking myself for procrastinating. I’m embarrassed to admit, I had even filled out the paperwork online LAST YEAR, but never made the in-person appointment. 🤦♀️ It felt like just one more thing I had to do. But then last month something changed. I made the appointment and within two weeks, I had my Known Traveler Number ready for my flight next month. I owe it all to one small change: ✍️I started writing down my goals everyday. Since I started doing this 3 months ago, I’ve made progress like never before. Try writing these down every day for a few weeks and see what happens. Remember, Reader, progress comes from small but consistent efforts. Give yourself the chance to move slow and steady. Don’t give up. You can do this.💖 In Joy, Nyssa P.S. Have a hard time staying focused? Please answer these few questions. Stay tuned for more strategies for reaching your goals in the coming weeks!

I'm all for being informed and taking action, but I'm also aware that unplugging from my device grounds me and increases my joy for my life. There's a power in...
The dust of the New Year is settling. Projects be project-ing. Tasks might be piling up. And what about that thing you said, "2025 will be the year I ..." If overwhelm is creeping in, make this one habit something you DID do in 2025: Never have more than 3 priorities. Seriously, Reader, this message made it to your inbox because it was one of my 3 priorities for today. (It works!) I start the day knowing what critical few things need my attention most, so at least those few things get done....
Kelly and I's latest project has been choosing the songs for our wedding dance party next month. 💃🏻🕺🏽 Not easy with so many songs to choose from! So we’ve been using the Tear Test. If the song’s intro or title makes one of us cry, it's clear YES. 👉This is also a great indicator of how to set goals for your life. One of the first things I do with coaching clients is help them get clear on what’s most important. It's amazing how challenging knowing what you really want can be. If thinking of a...
