The New Moon is here again. 🌚

It’s a time of all kinds of unknown, when we're in the most darkness.

But there’s also potential. It's a ripe, all-things-are-possible, kind of potential.

And yet, we have NO IDEA what it’ll look like or how to get there.

The Lunar Cycle, moving from dark to light to dark again, is what I call The Creation Cycle.

Anything that you create in this world goes through this process.

I see this with anything I do in my life, be it starting a new garden, cooking a meal, or creating something for you.

It all goes like this:

  • We start in the unknown and have no idea what's going to happen. (New Moon)
  • We begin. Make plans, gather materials, get started. (Waxing Moon)
  • We're in it. Now we have some idea where it's going. A thing is now officially happening. (Full Moon)
  • The end is approaching and in sight. The unknown of what happens next is looming. (Waning Moon)

Then, it starts all over again. We come to the point where a new cycle begins.

Understanding this cycle continues to have profound effects on my life.

It helps me honor both growth and degeneration, activity and rest, knowing and unknowing.

When I'm creating a thing, I rely on this wisdom to keep me going.

And now I'd like to teach this process to you, Reader.

🌟 What would you like to create in your life over the next 4-8 weeks?

🌟 How can you apply The Creation Cycle to your project?

I'd love to help you find that balance between productivity and rest so you won’t let setbacks or lulls get you down.

As the Moon starts to illuminate again in just a few days, I'll be opening the doors to the Waitlist for The Focus Spell.✨

I'm used to unplugging for an hour or more at a time. When I'm doing massage or coaching, I don't look at my phone. But outside of sessions, I'm just like everyone else. If I don't watch it, I'll waste all kinds of time on things that don’t matter. And with the news, I can start flirting with a panic attack. I don't want to live there. I'm all for being informed and taking action, but I'm also aware that unplugging from my device grounds me and increases my joy for my life. There's a power in...

The dust of the New Year is settling. Projects be project-ing. Tasks might be piling up. And what about that thing you said, "2025 will be the year I ..." If overwhelm is creeping in, make this one habit something you DID do in 2025: Never have more than 3 priorities. Seriously, Reader, this message made it to your inbox because it was one of my 3 priorities for today. (It works!) I start the day knowing what critical few things need my attention most, so at least those few things get done....

Kelly and I's latest project has been choosing the songs for our wedding dance party next month. 💃🏻🕺🏽 Not easy with so many songs to choose from! So we’ve been using the Tear Test. If the song’s intro or title makes one of us cry, it's clear YES. 👉This is also a great indicator of how to set goals for your life. One of the first things I do with coaching clients is help them get clear on what’s most important. It's amazing how challenging knowing what you really want can be. If thinking of a...
